Brazilian Avocado Dessert Whip - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 -3 avocados, ripe
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1/3 cup whipping cream
3 -4 tablespoons lime juice

Preparation

Peel avocados and cut into pieces. Place with remaining ingredients in blender. Cover and blend until smooth and creamy.
Serve chilled in parfait glasses with a wedge of lime.
