Ddp'S Harvest Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 cups fresh greens
1/4 cup raw pumpkin seeds
1/4 cup almonds
1/4 cup fresh cranberries
1/4 cup goat cheese
1/4 red onion, diced
1/2 cucumber, diced
4 white mushrooms, diced
1 avocado, diced
1 tablespoon dry chia seeds
2/3 cup balsamic vinegar (cranberry pear)
1/3 cup olive oil
1 teaspoon sea salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
Preparation

Add all the salad items except for the chia seeds, vinegar, and olive oil in a bowl. Mix together.
Add the vinegar and olive oil to separate bowl, stir until mixed together, apply to salad.
Sprinkle on chia seeds.
