1 cup nonfat plain yogurt
3/4 cup chunk pineapple, drained
1 -2 banana
1 cup filtered water

Layer ingredients in a blender in this pattern: pineapple, 1 handful spinach, yogurt, 1 handful spinach, bananas, 1 handful spinach, water. Blend well and serve over ice.
