Ice Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients

300 ml double cream
50 g dark chocolate, chopped
40 ml Baileys Irish Cream

Preparation

Whip the cream until stiff.
Fold choclate under.
Stir Baileys into the mixture.
Freeze for 4 hours.
