Crock Pot Swedish Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (38 ounce) package frozen meatballs
    1 (10 3/4 ounce) can low-sodium cream of mushroom soup
    1 (10 3/4 ounce) can beef consomme
    8 ounces sour cream
    2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
    8 ounces fresh sauteed mushrooms
Preparation
    Place all ingredients in a crock pot.
    Cook on low for at least 5 hours.
