Company Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large fryer, cut up
    1 cup uncooked rice
    1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
    1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of celery soup
    1 teaspoon salt
    2 cups water
    1 (4 ounce) can chopped mixed mushrooms, drained
    3 tablespoons melted butter
Preparation
    Place rice in buttered casserole with a small amount of the water. Combine soups, salt, remaining water and mushrooms. Pour over rice. Dip chicken pieces in butter and lay on top of soups. Bake at 275 for 2 1/2 hours.
