Mango And Cream Cake With Brandy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 white cake mix (or just make homemade)
    2 cups mangoes, sliced with juice
    1/4 cup brandy (peach nice)
    1/4 cup mango, preserved (jam...pineapple would also be good)
    1 cup whipping cream
Preparation
    Make cake. Cook in 1 layer pan.
    Mix brandy and mango juice. While cake is still warm, prick the top in 1/2 inch intervals. Slowly spoon brandy mix over the cake.
    Carefully spread preserves on top of the cake.
    Arrange mango slices on top of that.
    Whip cream.
    Serve with a dollop of whipped cream on top.
    Store in fridge.
