Warm Croissant Brie And Caramelized Onion Sandwiches - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 croissants
3 ounces brie cheese, thinly sliced
1/4 cup caramelized onion
1/2 teaspoon fresh thyme
Preparation

Cut croissants in half horizontally. Place equal amounts of brie cheese, caramelized onion and thyme on bottom half of croissant. Top with remaining croissant and place on baking sheet.
Bake at 350 until cheese is melted and surface of croissant is golden and crispy, about 10 minutes. Transfer to a cutting board and cut in thirds.
