Fabulous Cole Slaw (No Mayo) (Paleo Compliant) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

14 ounces shredded coleslaw mix (store bought bag is fine)
10 ounces shredded broccoli slaw mix (store bought bag is fine)
10 ounces julianne sliced carrots (store bought bag is fine)
1 cup light olive oil
1 cup apple cider vinegar
1 cup raisins or 1 cup dried cranberries
1/4 cup Dijon mustard (no sugar added)
1/4 cup honey (raw)
1 large red onion, sliced into rings
2 tablespoons crushed red pepper flakes
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon fresh coarse ground black pepper
2 garlic cloves, minced
Preparation

In a large bowl, whisk together oil, vinegar, mustard, and honey until emulsified.
Stir in salt, pepper, crushed red pepper, and garlic.
Add all remaining ingredients and toss to cover.
Chill and toss again before serving.
