Mom T'S Salmon Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    2 (6 ounce) cans boneless skinless pink salmon
    3 slices white bread, cut into cubes
    1 teaspoon salt
    1/4 cup butter, melted
    1 1/2 cups milk, warmed
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
    Beat eggs until light and frothy.
    Drain salmon and flake.
    Mix salmon, eggs, bread, salt, butter and milk. Mix thoroughly.
    Spray a 7x3x2 1/2\" loaf pan with non-stick spray. Pour mixture into pan.
    Bake for 1 hour.
