Bbq Chip-Crusted Orange Roughy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 (6 ounce) orange roughy fillets
    3 tablespoons lemon juice
    1 tablespoon butter, melted
    1/2 cup crushed barbecue potato chips
    tartar sauce (optional)
Preparation
    Place orange roughy in a greased 13x9 inch baking pan.
    Combine lemon juice, and butter, and pour over fillets, and top with crushed potato chips.
    Bake uncovered at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
    Serve with tartar sauce.
