Elaine'S Cheese Pie Royale - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 cups graham cracker crumbs (20 crackers)
    1/4 cup butter, melted
    4 tablespoons sugar
    2 eggs
    1/2 cup sugar
    16 ounces cream cheese
    1 teaspoon vanilla
    cinnamon, to sprinkle
    1 1/2 cups sour cream
Preparation
    Have all engredients at room temperature.
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0F.
    Crust:
    Make graham crackers into crumbs by placing ia plastic bag and crushing with a rolling pin or in a food processor.
    Combine cracker crumbs, melted butter and 2 Tablespoons sugar.
    Press into a 9-inch springform pan.
    Filling:
    In a mixing bowl, beat eggs thoroughly.
    Gradually add 1/2 cup sugar.
    Add cream cheese a little at a time, beating between each addition until smooth.
    Add 1/2 teaspoon vanilla.
    Pour filling into crust.
    Sprinkle lightly with cinnamon.
    Bake for 20 minutes.
    Cool.
    Topping:
    Increase oven temperature to 400\u00b0F.
    Combine sour cream, 2 Tablespoons sugar and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla.
    Spread topping over baked filling.
    Bake for 5 minutes.
    Place in refrigerator to cool.
    Enjoy!
    Refrigerate any leftovers.
