Crock Pot Mexican Chicken Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 boneless chicken breasts
    1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
    12 ounces cream cheese
    1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
    1/2 cup salsa
    1 cup mayonnaise
Preparation
    Boil and shred chicken breast.
    Combine all ingredients in crockpot.
    Cook on low for at least 3 hours.
    Serve with chips or crackers.
