Egg White Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 hard-boiled eggs, yokes removed, chopped
    1/2 - 1 cup plain fat-free yogurt
    1/4 cup deli pickle, chopped
    1/2 cup celery heart, with leaf chopped
    1/4 cup green onion, chopped (optional)
    1/4 cup hearts of palm, chopped (optional)
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    In a large bowl, combine all ingredients with 1/2 cup of yogurt.
    Add more yogurt up to 1 cup as desired.
