Taco Tortellini Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    9 ounces cheese tortellini
    1 (15 ounce) can red kidney beans, drained and rinsed
    1 medium tomatoes, seeded and coarsely chopped
    1/2 green pepper, coarsely chopped
    2 tablespoons olives, sliced
    1/2 cup salsa (you pick the heat, but I use \"medium\")
    1/3 cup thousand island dressing
    1/2 teaspoon cumin
Preparation
    Cook the tortellini. Drain and rinse with cold water.
    Combine beans, tomato, pepper and olives in a large bowl. Add tortellini and toss.
    Make the dressing - combining the salsa, thousand island salad dressing and cumin.
    Just before serving, pour dressing over the tortellini salad mixture and toss.
