The Skinny Banana Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 banana
    6 ounces non-fat vanilla yogurt
Preparation
    Put the banana half into a medium sized bowl.
    Using the back of a spoon or fork, mash the banana until it is a thick mush.
    Pour the yogurt into the banana mush, stir well.
    refrigerate for 5-10 minutes.
