Apricot Curry Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 cup dried apricot
1 1/2 teaspoons hot curry powder
1/2 cup rice wine vinegar
1 cup water
Preparation

Puree all of the ingredients for 3 minutes, or until smooth.
Refrigerate overnight, and strain through a fine-mesh sieve.
Refrigerate until ready to use or for up to 1 week.
