Guacamole Rotel - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Hass avocadoes
    1/2 medium onion, chopped
    1 serrano pepper, minced
    1 garlic clove, minced
    1 (10 ounce) can Rotel tomatoes & chilies, drained
    1 tablespoon lemon juice
    salt and pepper, to taste
Preparation
    Cut avocados in half, remove pit and scoop out pulp; place in medium size bowl along with onion, pepper and garlic.
    Mash the avocado and stir in drained Rotel tomatoes and green chili, sprinkle with lemon juice, stir, adjust seasoning to taste and serve.
