Tartare Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 small shallot, very finely chopped
2 tablespoons pickled gherkins, very finely chopped
1/2 teaspoon prepared English mustard
1 teaspoon dried parsley
salt and black pepper
lemon juice, to taste
Preparation

Mix all the ingredients together in a small bowl.
Refrigerate until required.
