Ingredients

1 apple, halved cored. and sliced 1/2 in slices
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons dry white wine
1/4 lemon
1 tablespoon fresh gingerroot, minced
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
2 tablespoons brown sugar
Preparation

Melt butter over medium heat until just starts to brown.
saute apples until golden on both sides. Put on the side.
Add minced ginger to pan until fragrant appx 2 minute
Return apples to pan and sprinkle with remaining ingredients.
Cover and cook until tender about 5 min.
