Sausage & Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb breakfast sausage
    1 cup celery
    1/2 cup onion
    1/2 cup bell pepper
    1/4 cup pimiento
    1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
    1 1/4 cups milk
    1/2 cup long grain rice
    1/4 teaspoon salt
Preparation
    .Brown sausage with celery, onion & bell pepper. Mix pimentos, cream of mushroom soup milk and rice in baking dish. Add sausage mixture and blend together. bake covered @ 325 for 50 minutes. Uncover and cook 20 minutes longer. Stir a couple of times while cooking.
