Mexican Meatloaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 cup milk
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/2 cup dry breadcrumbs
    1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/2 teaspoon pepper
    1/2 teaspoon chili powder
    1 1/2 lbs lean ground beef
    1 (16 ounce) jar picante sauce, warmed
Preparation
    In a large bowl, combine first 7 ingredients, then add beef and mix well.
    Pat into greased 8\"x4\"x2\" loaf pan.
    Bake uncovered at 350F for 1 hour or until juices run clear; drain.
    Top with picante sauce.
