Mexicali Round Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lbs round steaks, trimmed of fat
    1 cup frozen corn
    1/2 - 1 cup fresh cilantro, chopped,to taste
    1/2 cup fat free low-sodium beef broth
    3 stalks celery, sliced
    1 large onion, sliced
    1 (20 ounce) jar salsa
    1 (15 ounce) can black beans or (15 ounce) can pinto beans, rinsed and drained
    1 cup fat-free cheddar cheese
    cooked white rice
Preparation
    Cut beef into 6 pieces.
    Place in slow cooker.
    Combine remaining ingredients, except cheese, and pour over beef.
    Cover and cook on low for 8 to 9 hours.
    Sprinkle with cheese before serving.
    Serve vegetables over cooked white rice.
