Jack'S Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lbs ground beef
    5 lbs onions
    4 large green bell peppers
    1 stalk celery
    1 (28 ounce) can kidney beans
    1 (28 ounce) can tomato sauce
    Tabasco sauce
    chili powder
Preparation
    Saute onions and brown ground beef.
    Drain excess fat.
    Add peppers, celery, kidney beans and tomato sauce.
    Sprinkle tobasco sauce and chili powder to taste.
    Simmer until done.
    About 2-3 hours.
