Parmesan, Spinach And Barley Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (32 ounce) container chicken broth
    1 (16 ounce) can red beans, rinsed and drained
    1 (8 ounce) package mushrooms, sliced
    1 1/2 cups barley, uncooked
    1 1/2 cups onions, chopped
    1 teaspoon italian seasoning, dried
    1 teaspoon pepper
    1 teaspoon salt
    1 (6 ounce) package Baby Spinach
    3 ounces parmesan cheese, shredded
Preparation
    Place first 9 ingredients in a 4 quart slow cooker; stir well. Cover with lid; cook on high 3 hours. Add spinach. Cover and cook 15 minutes; stir well. Sprinkle each serving with cheese.
