Walnut Noodles (Dios Metelt) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb fettuccine noodles, preferably made with egg
    1/2 cup sugar
    1 lb walnuts
    3 tablespoons butter
    3 quarts water
Preparation
    Cook noodles according to package, drain and run under cold water to stop cooking.
    In a large saucepan, melt the butter over medium-high and add the ground walnuts and sugar.
    Stir until mixed.
    Add noodles and toss to coat.
    Serve warm and enjoy!
