Quick Cheese Grits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cups water
    1/2 cup quaker oats quick-cooking grits
    4 ounces Velveeta cheese, cubed
    1 dash garlic powder (optional)
    paprika
    salt
Preparation
    Boil water.
    Stir in grits and return to a boil.
    Reduce heat to medium-low.
    Cook 4-5 minutes or until thick, stirring occasionally.
    Add cheese and garlic powder.
    Cook 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally until cheese is melted.
    Add salt.
    Sprinkle with paprika.
