Maple Kisses - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup maple sugar
    1/2 cup brown sugar
    1/2 cup water
    1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
    6 marshmallows, regular cut in pieces
    1 egg white
Preparation
    Boil sugars, water and cream of tarter in saucepan untill it becomes brittle when dropped in cold water. Add marshmallws and let stand 5 minutes untill melted. Pour over stiffly beaten egg white. Beat till light. Drop from teaspoon on to wax paper.
