Oven Pot Roast - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (2 -3 lb) chuck roast
4 potatoes, cut up
15 fresh baby carrots
2 stalks celery, cut up
1 onion and mushroom soup mix, envelope
1 cup catsup
1/2 cup water
1 tablespoon flour
Preparation

Put the flour into a plastic oven roasting bag & shake to coat the inside of the bag. Place bag on large pan. Place meat in the center of the bag and surround with veggies. Mix together catsup, water & soup mix. Pour over the meat. Close bag with twist tie. Make 6 1/2\" slits in the top of bag. Cook at 325 for 2 hours or until tender.
