Bourbon Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 fresh garlic cloves
    1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
    3/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
    1/2 cup apple juice
    2/3 cup brown sugar
    4 tablespoons ketchup
    2 tablespoons cider vinegar
    1 cup water
    2/3 cup soy sauce
    1 1/2 lbs chicken breasts, cooked
    1 (16 ounce) package frozen broccoli
Preparation
    Combine all sauce ingredients into wok. Bring to boil.
    Add chicken bits and broccoli. Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
    Serve with rice.
