Protein Porridge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 cup quick-cooking oats
    1 tablespoon psyllium
    1 tablespoon protein powder
    cinnamon
    nutmeg
    1/2 tablespoon full cream milk powder
    1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence
    1 cup water
Preparation
    mix all ingredients in a saucepan.
    bring to the boil, simmer for 1 - 2 minutes (5 minutes if using rolled oats instead of quick cooking ones).
    then serve in a bowl with your choice of cream, milk and sweeteners.
    So simple.
