Macedonian Sausages Filling - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 lbs ground pork
    2 1/2 lbs leeks, cleaned, chopped, green part too
    1/8 cup red pepper
    1/8 cup black pepper
    1 teaspoon ground cumin
    1/16 cup dried oregano
    1/8 cup garlic powder
    1/8 cup paprika
Preparation
    Mix ground pork, leeks, red pepper, black pepper, cumin, oregano, garlic powder, and paprika together.
    Stuff in casings.
