Apple Lime Tuna Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (6 ounce) cans tuna in water
    1 large granny smith apple, unpeeled and chopped
    1 orange bell peppers or 1 yellow bell pepper, finely diced
    1/4 red onion, finely minced
    1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and finely minced
    2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
    1 cup mayonnaise (I used low-fat)
    2 limes, juice and zest of
    1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
    1/4 teaspoon lemon pepper
    1/4 teaspoon hot sauce (I used Cholula)
Preparation
    Drain cans of tuna, then crumble and place in a medium bowl. Add apple, peppers, onion, eggs, and stir.
    Combine mayonnaise, lime zest and juice, garlic salt, lemon pepper, pepper sauce, and pour over tuna mixture.
    Stir and chill until ready to serve.
