Holiday Vegan Golden Gravy - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup nutritional yeast flakes
1/3 cup oil or 1/3 cup margarine
1 1/2 cups water
2 -3 teaspoons soy sauce or 2 -3 teaspoons tamari
salt & pepper, to taste
Preparation

Toast flour and yeast flakes in a pan until they release a nutty aroma.
Add the oil or margarine and stir until bubbly.
Add the water and cook until mixture begins to thicken, stirring constantly.
Add soy sauce, salt and pepper.
Serve warm over tofu or other meal.
