Carne D'Espeto (Portuguese Beef Skewers) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lbs sirloin, sliced thin
    1 1/2 heads garlic cloves, minced
    6 tablespoons cayenne pepper
    salt & freshly ground black pepper
Preparation
    Place sirloin in one or more plastic freezer bags.
    Combine remaining ingredients and pour an equal amount in each bag; marinate overnight.
    If using wooden skewers, soak 30 minutes before using to prevent burning.
    Thread meat onto skewers, then grill over indirect heat, or medium for grill pan on stovetop, until done, about 5 - 8 minutes per side, depending on the heat of your grill.
