Scd Gluten Free Italian Broccoli Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 broccoli, chopped into small pieces
    1 onion, chopped
    1 tablespoon olive oil
    1 cup yogurt
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/4 teaspoon parsley
    8 eggs
    1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
    4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
Preparation
    Cook onion in oil, add salt, and parsley.
    Cook broccoli.
    Stir 1/4 of yogurt into beaten eggs; then add balance of yogurt, stirring continuously. Add parmesan cheese.
    Add vegetables and then egg mix to quiche dish, sprinkle with bacon.
    Bake at 180 C (350 F) for about 30 minutes.
