Chinese Barbecue Marinade - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 tablespoons dark soy sauce
    2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
    2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
    2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
    1 tablespoon tomato paste
    1 tablespoon sunflower oil
    2 garlic cloves, peeled and finely chopped
Preparation
    Mix the ingredients well together and marinate your chosen ingredient for a minimum of 30 minutes, but overnight in a fridge would be ideal. Shake off any excess marinade before grilling.
