Mom'S Cheesecake With Sour Cream Topping - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 graham cracker pie crust
    FILLING
    2 eggs, separated
    8 ounces cream cheese
    1/2 cup sugar
    1 teaspoon vanilla
    1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
    TOPPING
    1 cup sour cream
    1 tablespoon sugar
    1 teaspoon vanilla
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
    Bake crust for 5 minutes, then chill in refrigerator while making filling.
    Beat egg whites until stiff, set aside.
    Blend together cream cheese, sugar and vanilla. Add egg yolks and lemon juice, blend thoroughly. Fold in beaten egg whites. Spread filling over cooled crust.
    Bake at 300 degrees for 30 minutes.
    Hand-stir the three topping ingredients, spread over baked pie.
    Serve chilled.
