Avocado Cream Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large avocado, pitted and cut into chunks
    1 lime, juice of
    1/4 cup sour cream
    1/4 cup whole milk
    salt, to taste
Preparation
    In a blender, or food processor, blend avocado, lime juice, sour cream, and milk on high speed until creamy. Season with salt to taste.
