Tofu Pastry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    250 g wholemeal pastry flour
    1 teaspoon baking powder
    90 g firm tofu, cut into chunks
    1 tablespoon cold pressed sunflower oil
    125 ml filtered water
    additional flour
Preparation
    Sift flour and baking powder.
    Make well in the centre.
    Combine tofu and oil and add to the\"well\".
    Add water.
    Work the mixture until a soft dough forms.
    Turn onto a lightly floured surface and knead 30 seconds only.
    Use immediately.
