Carrot Potage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    450 g carrots, sliced
    1 potato, diced
    1 onion, diced
    25 g butter
    1 teaspoon thyme
    1 teaspoon sage
    1200 ml vegetable stock
    1 teaspoon yeast extract
Preparation
    Melt butter and saute onion until transparent.
    Add other ingredients, bring to boil and simmer, covered for 30 minutes.
    Blend until smooth, reheat if needed.
