Shakshuka Yemani Basted Eggs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tablespoons olive oil
    1 onion, chopped
    1/2 red bell pepper, chopped
    1/2 green bell pepper, chopped
    4 tomatoes, chopped
    4 eggs
Preparation
    Must have covered pan.
    Heat oil.
    Add onion.
    Add peppers.
    Cook 1 minute.
    Add tomatoes.
    Cover; simmer 10 minutes.
    Salt and pepper.
    Crack eggs into sauce on the top.
    Cover and cook until eggs are desired doneness.
    Serve.
