Roasted Short Ribs From Kenya - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 -3 lbs beef short ribs
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 to 2 lemon, juice of
curry powder
turmeric
coriander
paprika
salt
pepper
Preparation

Combine all ingredients except short ribs and mix well. Add meat, stir to coat and let marinate for at least one hour.
Grill meat or broil it in oven.
Serve with Ugali (cornmeal porridge).
