Ingredients

2 cups baking mix (can use WaterMelon's Low Fat Bisquick Substitute.)
1 1/3 cups milk
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 egg (optional)
Preparation

Stir ingredients until blended.
Pour into center of hot greased waffle iron and close lid.
Bake about 5 minutes or until steaming stops. Carefully remove waffle.
