Roadhouse Steaks With Ancho Chile Rub - cooking recipe

1 tablespoon fresh ground black pepper
2 teaspoons dried ancho chile powder
4 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/8 teaspoon ground red pepper
2 garlic cloves, minced
4 (4 ounce) beef tenderloin steaks, trimmed
Preparation

Prepare grill.
Combine first 8 ingredients in a small bowl.
Rub spice mixture evenly over steaks; let stand 10 minutes.
Place steaks on a grill rack coated with cooking spray.
Grill 5 minutes on each side or until desired degree of doneness.
