Green Onion Crepes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 cup flour
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/2 cup Egg Beaters egg substitute
    1 1/4 cups milk
    2 tablespoons olive oil
    1/2 cup finely sliced green onion
Preparation
    combine first five ingredients in a blender until smooth.
    add green onions.
    let batter rest for 30-60 minutes.
    heat an 8-inch over medium heat.
    pour 1/4 cup batter into skillet and tilt to cover bottom of pan.
    turn crepe once to cook on both sides.
    fill with savory filling or serve with sour cream.
