Aioli (Garlic Mayonnaise) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 garlic cloves, chopped
    1 large egg
    1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1 pinch fresh ground black pepper
    1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
    1 tablespoon parsley sprig (optional)
Preparation
    Combine garlic, eggs, lemon juice, parsley (optional), salt and pepper in a good processor and puree.
    With processor running, slowly add olive oil in a continuous stream until mixture has formed a thick emulsion.
    Chill.
