Ground Beef Curry Pasty - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    600 g flour
    70 g sugar
    350 g oil
    310 g water
    600 g flour
    500 g ground beef
    20 g oil
    20 g curry powder
    20 g celery
Preparation
    Sift together flours.
    Cut in butter and oil.
    Knead until smooth and glossy.
    Cut into 96 balls.
    Roll out and flatten then fill with meat mixture.
    Bake at 400 for 10 inches Let cool.
