Moroccan White Beans Loubia - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 onion, chopped
    2 tablespoons olive oil
    1 tomatoes, chopped
    1 teaspoon garlic, minced
    2 teaspoons turmeric
    1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
    1 teaspoon salt
    1 teaspoon pepper
    1 tablespoon parsley, minced
    1 tablespoon cilantro, minced
    1/2 tablespoon tomato paste
    1 cup water
    15 ounces navy beans, drained
Preparation
    Saute the onion in olive oil until golden.
    Add tomato; cook.
    Add garlic; cook.
    Add turmeric, ground cumin, salt and pepper.
    Add parsley.
    Add cilantro; cook.
    Add 1 cup water.
    Add beans.
    Simmer for 20 minutes, stirring so it doesn't burn.
