Ginger-Lemon Tea - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 inches fresh ginger, sliced (about 1.5 tablespoons)
    1 1/2 cups water
    1 tablespoon honey
    1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
Preparation
    Combine the fresh ginger, water, honey, and lemon juice in a saucepan and simmer for 5 minutes.
    Strain the tea into a mug.
